Alisha, a Mount Ida native, attended Mount Ida High School and graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. It was there while playing college basketball that she met her husband John. Alisha founded S&P Insurance Partners in 2010 having been raised in the insurance business from a young age. Alisha has been working in insurance for over 20 years. Her specialties include commercial lines, personal lines, and life insurance. Alisha and John have two daughters, Allie and Averie.  Allie graduated from Lakeside High School in 2023,  attends Arkansas Tech University and plays basketball for the Golden Suns.  Averie attends Lakeside High School and enjoys playing tennis and running track.  Alisha’s hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, watching her daughters play their respective sports and traveling.  She currently serves on the Leading Ladies of Hot Springs board focused on female owned businesses, referrals within their group and making a difference in their communities.
